About the experience:
These interactive online sessions can be done with available resources at home, and do not require any gym equipment. Breathe through every muscle, pay attention to alignment cues and improve your strength, flexibility and balance all while staying indoors. Along with online interactive sessions, you will be provided with easy prehab movements to follow in your own time.
For a better experience, practice on a yoga mat/carpet, keep 2 yoga blocks/books/pillows along with a yoga strap or dupatta/stole/towel during the session.
About the host:
Dhanak Aijaz is the Co-Founder of Acroyoga Karachi, and a certified Acrovinyasa teacher, who also holds a certification in Sports Nutrition from International Sports Science Association (ISSA) along with other certifications. She has taught in different international and local settings including studios, corporations, institutions and non-profit organizations such as Yogasoul in Ankara, Turkey, Engro Corporation, Unilever Pakistan and more!
